  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from our studio.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Domestic shipping is available through trusted carriers.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please note: customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsiblity of the buyer.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • International Orders: Delivery may take 7-21 business days, depending on customs processes.

Please understand that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies once the piece has left our studio.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each Solvara piece is one-of-a-kind — created to honor rarity, authenticity, and story.

Because of this uniqueness, all purchases are considered final.

However, if your piece arrives damaged during shipping or shows a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email returns@solvaraco.com and include the following:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Clear Photograph of the item and the original packaging
  • A breief reason for your request

We are honored to offer:

  • A repair (when possible)
  • An exchange (for store credit toward another available piece)

Custom or resized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Are custom or resized pieces eligible for return or exchange?

Custom or resized Solvara pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Every Solvara stone carries the earth’s own signature. Inclusions, markings, and natural patterns are not flaws — they are celebrated as part of the stone’s living beauty.
